Kobra's Argentine Toro X Sarimento's Mariposa

This little three quarter Argentine fella had a tough time coming into the world. His head was turned to face his tail. When I should have been seeing nose and toes...I was seeing ears and toes. With more than a little sweat and lot of luck, he got turned around and is doing just great. Soft abundant fiber in a unique shade of brown/black/grey that is almost a smoke color.

TFF Graycie 6/4/2010 Argentine Santiago X Omar's High Five Graycie has really great coloring...charcoal gray with silver feet, tips of the ears...and cutest of all...the flip side of her tail is silver. She is three quarters Argentine...very small but robust. She was walking well within minutes. Knows where the milk bar is...we are truly blessed to have her join our lives.

This half Argentine young man arrived right after a fierce thunderstorm that included good size hail....Almost named him Hail Yeah!, but he is far too handsome for that. He was up and nursing in minutes and just gets more handsome every day. His disposition is so calm and good natured it's hard to believe. Glad he's here! Amore' went to the 2010 Virginia Classic and ribboned in both Miniature and Argentine Classes. He placed Third in the Top Five Argentine Males competing against the "Big Boys".

Well, I just sheared Amore' and must say that there isn't any fiber on this young man with the exception of his "skid plate" that isn't totally exquisite. And colors...there are shades of brown, taupe, grey, white and cream....all soooo soft. Staple length is extaordinary!
This little guy has tons of superior genetics to add to your mini or Argentine herd, 32.5 inches at nearly one year..

This beautiful little 3/4 Argentine gal weighed in at 18.4 lbs. We are very happy with her smallness as her mom is half Argentine True Mini and her sire is Full Argentine True Mini. With her beautiful taupe coloring, her sweet dispositon and her soft, silky fiber....we are just plain happy with her.

At just over a year...our little Lark measures a tiny 32.5 inches and still has her sweet, soft personality.

TFF Theadora (Teddi) Sarimento's Mariposa X Kobra's Argentine Toro 5/21/2009 20.8 lbs Teddi is a beautiful little 3/4 Argentine gal who is lucky enough to have a mom that can and will feed multiple cria...so this little gal had plenty to eat. Sweet tempered, with gorgeous coloring and lovely, drapey fiber...we are really happy to have her. Teddy also went to the Virginia Classic this year and finished in the Top Five Female Miniature Llamas. Teddi has developed the most incredible ears.. is only 33.5 inches .and has retained her wonderful sweet dispositon. I'd take a 100 like this one! Unfortunately...she does love to wallow in the hay. Pretty typical of my gals.

	A mere 18 days late this little ball of fire arrived. She is our 13th and last cria for 2008. This tiny (14lb) gal is full of spunk and has incredible silky curly fiber. No worry about her nursing, she was struggling to stand before we could get the membrane off her and nursing well before she was 45 minutes old. Charlie was the tiniest little llama I had ever seen when he arrived at 10 lbs 12 oz. Feisty and colorful, Charlie seems to not know that he is small. The product of a true mini half Argentine herdsire and a tiny little true mini mom, the sky is the limit for this little 4th generation mini guy.

This little imp has the best of both worlds. He looks like a little black grinch to us with that "here comes trouble" look on his cute little face, not to mention the "got milk" chin, a heritage from his grandsire Argentine Kobra. His sire is registered foundation mini and his dam is registered true mini. He is a little ball of fire that has a tremendous future in store for him.

Much as this breaks my heart...we simply must downsize. Zorro is for sale and I am hoping he will go to a home that loves him as much as I do. He is "the" llama that everyone who visits the farm falls in love with. Tremendous personality...soft abundant true black fiber.
