Argentine Tatiana (ET)

3/25/05
Arg Kobra X Arg Trupa

Tatiana is a 37" full Argentine mini who just gave us a little girl that we named Argentine Early Bird because she arrived about 4am.   Since one of our main breeding goals is Argentine miniatures, we are extremely happy with this little additon.

TFF Dixie Melody

10/10/2006
HOLR Silver Bullet X Dixie Pixie
AMLA Registered

UPDATE...Virginia Classic 2008, Melody brought home 2nd.  You go little gal!  Melody has had her final shot at stardom as she has been bred to Argentine Toro for a spring 2009 cria.  At 34 inches, with her genetics...ahhhhh, more tiny little treasures!

Melody loves the camera, and the camera loves her! Melody arrived at 4 in the morning on a cold, cold day.  We have our Great Pyr Rolex to thank for alerting us that there was something out there that needed our attention NOW!.  Melody is a total delight, strong, confident and beautiful.  We are very happy that we were granted this little treasure.

In Melody's first competition, the 2007 Virginia Classic, she was in the Juvenile MIniature Female class and took first place, she then took Reserve Champion Miniature Female.  We were doing the happy dance.  Then, can you imagine?....the next day she competed in Bred and Owned Females and was awarded Champion Owned & Bred Female when competing against all females, not just the miniatures.  We are so very proud of her.

Cup Cake

CCC Glorious Dreamer X GHLC Pastel
5/5/2006

This little gal is about the cutest thing I've ever seen...bar none.  She doesn't even look real she's so tiny and so perfect.  She is now almost 2 years and is 32" at the withers.  On the right is a picture taken at the NC Mountain State Fair with one of her new "boyfriends" Zion.  Cupcake also went to the Classic and took 3rd place yearling miniature female.   That was her last show as she been bred to Argentine Toro.   We have visions of tiny little cupcakes, and Twinkies and HoHo's...you get the drift....Sweet Stuff!

TFF Tickled Pink

I had been thinking Pink since the moment of her conception, little knowing that I would get a pink llama for my efforts. Pink has a light dusting of Mom's red fiber on her cheeks resulting in fiber that appears to be pink. She was born on 8/26/04 out of Chilean Lauca sired by Bolivian Makin' Whoopee.   Pink gave birth to her first cria, pictured upper right, TFF Twinkle Little Star on 9/15/2007. Twinkle is very much like her mom, beautiful, sweet tempered and very social.  We feel very fortunate to have her.

Daffodilly

Ah....the lovely Daffodilly.  As welcome as springtime, young Daffodilly was almost named Dilly Dally as she was three weeks late arriving.  But here is our little surprise...who would have ever thought we would be blessed with a little silver and white girl.  Born March 24, 2004 out of Bolivian Orphan Annie, sired by Bolivian Crown Jewells, both registered miniature llamas. . At the 2004 Virginia State Fair she placed 1st as a Juvenile Mini Female and Reserve Grand Champion Mini Female, 1st in Juvenile Miniature Female and Grand Champion Miniature Female from the 2005 Virginia Classic, and now that she is a grown up girl, she finished in the Top Five Miniature Females at the Virginia Classic 2006.  We are very proud of our girl.  Dilly's show career is over, but what a splash she made!  Our Dilly has given us two gorgeous little male cria, Baddabing in 2007(below left) and this spring we welcomed Dreamweaver (below right).

Dilly has been rebred to Amigo's Chico.  She is for sale, please see our sales list for details.

Sweet Cassidy

3/1/2004
Argentine Ciego X Dreamin Sweet Dreams

Sweet Cassidy is a real stroke of luck for us...not only is she beautiful and good natured... She's Appy... She's Mini... She's Half Argentine... And she's a proven Showring winner!

Never was a girl more well named than Sweet Cassidy.  She has a lovely disposition, fabulous fiber and a knack for winning the hearts of all.  At the 2006 Virginia Classic Cassidy took First in Mature Female Miniatures and went on to be named Grand Champion Miniature Female.  What a grande finale to her showring career.  Cassidy was bred to Argentine Toro and presented us with a tiny little replica of herself.  TFF Takin' My Own Sweet Time (Sweet Time) arrived 30 days late (pic above right is overdue figure), but well worth waiting for.  Weighing in at 13lbs she was the smallest mini born ever on our farm at that point...and she is 3/4 Argentine to boot!  Yee Haw!

Cassidy has been bred to Argentine Santiago for a 3/4 Argentine cria due Spring 2009.

Stage Stop Rosabelle

Sweet Little Rosie is all grown up.  Perfectly proportioned little darlin' born on 10/7/03 out of Stage Stop Rosalee X RAR Chilean Black Bart. Nothing but wonderful for a mini herd. She is registered as a true mini with the AMLA.  In 2007 Rosie presented us with a solid black lovely female that we named TFF Gypsy Rose.  We were so impressed with Gypsy that we rebred Rosie to Whoopee and this year got a stunning male we named Sunset Skye.   Rosabelle has now been rebred to Wishbone and is for sale.  Please see our sales list for details.

TFF Thumbellena

4/15/2005
Bolivian Makin' Whoopee X Chilelan Little Miss Muffet

Hard to believe, but our little Thumbellena is all grown up but but still very small, 36 inches at three years of age.  She has given us TFF Good Time Charlie, a great little guy that checked in at 10lbs, 12 oz.  He's likely the smallest llama I ever saw, but he has the "biggest" spirit as well.

Thumbellena has been rebred to Wishbone for a Spring 2009 cria.

Our Mystic Purl

Born Saturday 6/25/2005, the lovely daughter of FH Jodi's girl and QV Trevino. Purl is strong, beautiful and a total delight. We are once again doing the happy dance. Purl placed third in Juvenile Miniature Female Miniatures and 4th in the Top Five Females in her very first show and then brought home Reserve Grand Champion from the Lower Sherwood Schooling Show in Charlottesville, VA.   Purl recently gave us a beautiful female half Argentine cria we named Dolce means Sweet in Italian.

Purl, a foundation female, is 39.25", gorgeous, sweet tempered and has been rebred to Argentine Santiago.  She is being offered as a package with her female offspring for $4500.  If purchased alone, Purl is $2500 and must stay on the farm until her cria is weaned.

Dolly Gotta' Dance

Our little beauty Dolly arrived on 5/10/2005, a mere 24 days late. But the wait was worth it, as you can see she is long legged, gorgeous and full of joy and curiosity. Dolly was sired by Bolivian Crown Jewells out of Wild West Holly Girl. We were going to name her Hollys Dolly but were unable to do so because of a conflict with a breeder identifier...turns out her new name suits her even better.  Dolly also went to the Virginia Classic and finished second in Juvenile Female Miniatures and took Third in Top Five Females.  Are we proud of this silky little beauty?  You bet your bippy!  Dolly has been bred to Chico's Amigo (confirmed pregnant) for a Spring 2008 cria and is for sale.    $2500

Little Doc's Miranda

Miranda came to us from Little Doc's farm.   Born on 4/12/2002, sired by White Oak Maximillion  out of Little Doc's Macarena.  Quite personable (a criteria at our farm) she talks up a storm with a little deep voice that sounds like a mini-foghorn.  Also bestows lovely kisses upon you, but definitely has a mind of her own.  She also has been blessed with the most beautiful soft fiber.  The girl is a charmer. Miss Miranda is AMLA registered as a true mini and has been bred to Argentine Toro, registered foundation miniature male for a spring 2008 arrival. Confirmed pregnant.

My, My, My....Look what we got!  An impish replica of his grand-dad, Argentine Kobra.  We are told that Kobra even has the little white "milk" goatee on his lower lip that Zorro has.  This little guy had a rough start, but you should see this little ball of fire now!

Stage Stop No Foolin'

8/30/05
Alarco X Peruvian Nobody's Fool

Just take a look at this adorable face...could you have resisted???  No Foolin' is 100% Peruvian. No Foolin' and Bolivian Makin Whoopee presented us with  "Juan Cool Dude" on 5/2/2008.  He was 16 pounds at birth and is a friendly, gorgeous little full of himself guy...Kinda' like his name, he is "Juan" Cool Dude, we call him Dude.

No Foolin' has been rebred to Wishbone for a Spring 2008 cria.

FGL Chilean Imaflirt

3/13/2005
Papas Fiber FX X Inca King Consuela

Flirt is a really pretty girl with a sweet personality.  She likes to follow me around and eat out of the "Momma Bucket".  Well proportioned with the straightest back I've ever seen, Flirt is a keeper.
Flirt and Chico just gave us a great little 14 pound female we named Lucky Thirteena (Teena) because she was the 13th and last cria for 2008 at our farm.

Hillside's Dressed To Kill

5/24/2000
LW Tolstoy II X Chilean Eseme'

Dressy is a solid true mini at 37.5".  She is from an imported dam, so her bloodlines are new to the US.  Dressy has been bred to the renowned Argentine Toro, we are looking forward to the new genetics she can offer to the mini program.

DLL George Girl

12/21/2001
Amici X HF Georgia

Georgie is a sweet girl who will run up when she sees me and turn around to present her rear end to be scratched.  Ahhhh....now that feels good!  She has had two female cria at other farms and this spring we were happy to welcome Dreamwalker (male)to our farm.  Georgie is registered with the AMLA at 37.2 inches and has been rebred to Argentine Toro for a Spring 2009 cria.
